Vans Snow Team rider Zac Marben has made a name for himself at just 20 years old. Growing up in Minnesota, he's become an all-around snowboarder shredding rails, backcountry lines, jumps, you name it. Zac shares some gnarly and exciting stories on the pages of the new Frequency.

On October 22, Vans celebrated the opening of it's first pop-up, the Vault Shop, at Conveyor at Fred Segal in Santa Monica, CA.  The space, which includes a broad collection of Vault by Vans limited edition releases as well as Vans x Conveyor exclusives and other Vans collections, was totally remodeled for a new look reflecting the Vault by Vans craftsmanship and Vans' heritage. The grand opening featured an art installation by designer Taka Hayashi and his most recent Vault collection. DJ Rashida provided the soundtrack while Busy Bee MCd to a packed house and Border Grill served up tasty tacos from their famous taco truck. Check out pics from the party ...

The squad at Vans is proud to announce the signing of pro wakeboarding icon Randall Harris to our footwear team.  Hailing from nearby Huntington Beach, Harris, 27, started wakeboarding when he was 13 and has amassed an impressive track record including top finishes in the World Wakeboard Association (WWA) Tour, two Rider of the Year awards from Alliance Wakeboard Magazine and numerous groundbreaking video parts.  Over the years Harris has redefined what is possible on a wakeboard, elevating the sport and setting the bar with his snow/skate style of riding. Today, Harris continues to be one of the most talented and respected riders on the water.

Both Vans Skateparks in Orlando, FL and Orange, CA will be holding instructional skate clinics on Saturday, November 14th from 8am - 12pm.  Instruction is offered for street skateboarders ages 6 - 16, and cost is $40 for members and $50 for nonmembers.  If your just learning or want to brush up on your skills...this clinic is for you!

It looks like it's going to be a record year for the 27th annual Vans Triple Crown of Surfing, presented by Rockstar Energy Drink! Oahu's North Shore will once again be lit up by the world's top surfers as three men's and three women's ASP events go down from November 12 through December 20. You won't have to miss a second of the action because Vans is bringing it all to you via Live Webcast.

The "Circuits of Fever" video was directed by Thursday guitarist and film enthusiast Steve Pedulla who also directed the band's video for "For the Workforce, Drowning" and the Kill The House Lights DVD, and co-edited Thursday's videos for "Ladies And Gentlemen: My Brother, The Failure" and "Resuscitation of a Dead Man."  Pedulla studied cinematography at North Carolina School of the Arts before picking up the guitar in the influential post-hardcore band.
