Marco Zamora was born and raised in good
old Pomona California. In 2004 he graduated from California
Institute of the Arts, with a Bachelor on fine art. Since,
Marco has become graphic artist by day, painter by night.
Using the paintbrush and pen to draw, Marco develops imagery
about urban landscape and the people that inhabit it.
Marco develops to create each paintings, masks play a
important role in creating artwork. The mask represents
lucha libre (Mexican Wrestling) as well as the many different
faces, thoughts, and personas that people wear. Marco
is influenced by everyday life, his culture, color, L.A,
skateboarding and people in awkward moments.
